Management Consultant– Financial Services(KYC, Compliance, Risk&Regulatory Management) Help financial institutions become stronger, more agile, and resilient in a time of unprecedented change. What You Will Do Design and implement target operating models (governance, processes, data, technology) as a result of strategic ambitions and/or a changing risk®ulatory landscape. Lead transformation programs in areas such as Financial Economic Crime, Risk&Regulations, ESG and Digital Innovation. Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans. Build and implement strategic roadmaps for change. Align innovation with AI, Data, RegTech to client needs. Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships. Mentor and grow junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring A relevant master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Criminology). Good years of consultancy experience in the financial services industry. Expertise in Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change, Digital Transformation. Agile/Lean/Six Sigma certification is aplus.Fluent in Dutch and English. Strong professional network and market vision. A proactive mindset and healthy work-life balance ethos.
