At Kramp, we invest heavily in Omnichannel across e‑commerce, data, marketing, innovation and customer experience. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Omnichannel to provide financial insight and strategic advice to the Omnichannel Management Team. Responsibilities

Act as strategic finance advisor to the VP Omnichannel and the Omnichannel leadership team Translate Omnichannel ambitions in e‑commerce, digital products, commercial proposition development, marketing and analytics into clear financial performance insights Develop and evaluate business cases for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, innovation projects and customer developmentAnalyse ROI, cost efficiency and value creation across Omnichannel initiatives Create dashboards and KPIs that enable fact‑based decision‑making Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Omnichannel domain Challenge cost structures and ensure optimal resource allocation Safeguard financial governance and continuously improve financial processesWork closely with Global Digital Marketing&Brand, Customer Propositions Development, AI&T, Sales&Service Performance and Digital Product&Innovation teams Qualifications

Completed Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field 5–8 years of experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably in a commercial, marketing or digital environment Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling and data interpretationTech‑savvy and understand the world of e‑commerce and digital platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, independent, analytically sharp and not afraid to challenge Benefits
