About the Role You will act as a senior technical expert within a large-scale enterprise private cloud environment.

The L3 Engineering Team is responsible for:

Improving and maintaining the automation chain supporting the private cloud

Lifecycle management (software, firmware, patching)

Executing complex infrastructure changes and upgrades

Creating and maintaining runbooks and participating in CAB meetings

Supporting L1/L2 teams and handling L3 incidents and problems

Executing production activities including vulnerability remediation and monthly patch cycles

Must-Have Soft Skills

L3 infrastructure / platform engineering experience in enterprise environments

VMware private cloud experience (Dell, HA/DR)

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience with technical documentation and runbooks

Comfortable with on-call and maintenance windows

Minimum 2 years of experience in large VMware cloud environments

Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira, GitLab, Confluence, Kanban

Nice-to-Have

VCAP certification

VMware vROps / Log Insight

IaaS / PaaS knowledge

Ansible Tower

Dell OpenManage

Exposure to DevOps environments and Agile/Scrum teams
