ABOUT FUKURO BRANDS We build successful brands that grow through sharp creative and performance marketing. Our team is informal, fast‑moving, and obsessed with quality and results. We do not celebrate effort for effort's sake — we celebrate outcomes. Right now we are scaling Supplend, our flagship DTC brand running primarily on Meta Ads across multiple European markets, and this role is where that growth gets fuelled.
THE ROLE We are looking for a UGC Sourcing Specialist who thinks like a content supply chain manager, not a talent scout. You will own the end‑to‑end pipeline of user‑generated content across 5 markets: the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, France more to follow. That means finding the right creators, briefing them precisely, quality‑controlling every deliverable, and feeding the editing and creative strategy teams with content that is ready to become winning ads.
This is a part‑time role starting at 16 hours per week, with real scope to expand, either deeper into UGC at higher volume or broader into adjacent creative operations work, if results back it up. We prefer a hybrid setup with two days per week at our Utrecht office, but we are open to the right person workingprimarily remote.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Source and screen creators across 7 markets. You build and maintain an active pipeline of vetted, native‑speaking UGC creators per country. You use a structured scorecard, not gut feel.
Run outreach and handle contracting. You manage templated but personalised outreach in the local language of each market. You negotiate within defined budget bands and ensure every creator signs off on usage rights and deliverables before a single frame is filmed.
Translate creative strategy into creator briefs. Working closely with the creative strategist, you convert concepts and hook frameworks into clear, creator‑facing briefs adapted per market and per creator profile. You are the translation layer between strategic thinking and what actually gets filmed.
Run quality control on all incoming content. Before anything reaches the editing team, you check it against a fixed QC checklist: lighting, audio, hook execution, format, compliance. You request revisions with clear feedback when needed.
Hand off to the editing team with context. You deliver organised, labelled raw footage with editing notes, so editors never have to guess what the content is supposed to become.
Track and report on the full pipeline. You own the data: output per market, cost per approved video, approval rates, turnaround times, and ultimately how UGC content performs in ads. You report on this monthly and use it to inform sourcing decisions.
HOW YOU WORK WITH THE TEAM Creative strategist
— your closest collaborator. Weekly briefing sessions to align on new concepts and batches. You execute what they set strategically and give them feedback on what creators actually deliver versus what was briefed.
Editing team
— you are their gatekeeper. Nothing goes to edit without your QC sign‑off, and you provide the context that makes their work faster and sharper.
Media buyer
— you check in bi‑weekly to understand which UGC ads are winning. That data feeds directly back into which creators and concepts you prioritise.
Operations
— you coordinate product samples for creators and manage any fulfilment issues, including cross‑border shipping to Norway and other non‑EU markets.
HOW WE MEASURE YOUR SUCCESS
FIRST‑PASS APPROVAL RATE: Target above 70%
BRIEF TO APPROVED VIDEO: Under 14 days
COST PER APPROVED VIDEO: Within band per market
WINNING CREATIVE RATIO: Tracked vs total output
PIPELINE MARKET COVERAGE: All 5 markets, every month
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are structured and data‑driven by default. You track things in a CRM, you report proactively, you make decisions based on what the numbers say, not on what feels right.
You understand that native‑language creator content is not optional. You have a solid feel for cultural nuance across at least a couple of our target markets and know how to quality‑check the rest.
You know what makes a UGC video actually work as a Meta ad. You understand hooks, retention, and why authenticity can die in editing.
You are a reliable communicator internally and externally. Creators trust you. The team can count on you to flag problems before they become late deliverables.
You want to grow. The 16 hours can become a lot more if the pipeline grows with you.
READY TO APPLY? Send us a short message about how you would approach building a creator pipeline in a market you have never worked in before. No templates, no fluff.
