We are seeking a Channel Account Manager to join our Benelux team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our business partners, driving revenue and growth across all verticals. You will manage a portfolio including approximately 10 main partner accounts and 20–25 smaller accounts, balancing strategic relationship management with proactive business development. This position offers entrepreneurial ownership and freedom, supported by the stability and resources of a corporate environment. It is a highly flexible, hybrid role balancing time between collaboration with the Utrecht office (2–3 days per week) and travel to meet clients and partners. Expect to spend approximately 50% of your time on the road, primarily within the Netherlands.Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our business partners across the region. Lead revenue generation and partner growth initiatives, actively involving yourself in strategic planning and partner marketing efforts. Proactively nurture and develop smaller partners while identifying and creating new partnerships to expand our channel footprint.Manage forecasting and ensure partner compliance accurately using Salesforce. Juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, flexible environment while prioritizing effectively. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Channel Account Manager or Account Manager is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with diverse backgrounds who demonstrate motivation, attitude, and drive. Educational background in economics, sales, marketing, or a similar commercial discipline is preferred.You are a dedicated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, structured, capable of prioritizing tasks, and resilient under pressure. Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Proficiency in French is a strong advantage (particularly for managing Belgian accounts). Additional Information

Incentive: In addition to base pay, this role offers variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota (67%), according to the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan. Location/Travel: Hybrid role based in the Utrecht area with travel within the Netherlands; approximately 50% on the road.
