Video Editor / Motion Designer (After Effects) Intern, Utrecht

Large part of our educational content is presented through animated videos. We’re now looking for a creative and ambitious

Video Editor Intern

to help develop new ways for us to bring educational content to live. Your job will be to investigate how we can leverage AI, to support in the Course Development process, while maintaining our unique, personal and customized approach to learning content.

What you’ll be doing:

Researching AI tools to support in the process of transforming course content into engaging videos

Implementing efficient and standardized ways of working across the various teams (course developers, video editors, voiceover artist)

Transforming rough Visual Storyboards (content drafts) into clear, engaging animated lessons

Working within an established visual system (template structure, and asset library), you come up with improved ways of working

Active contribution in video creation, establishing the proposed improvements (e.g. splitting content into scenes, simplifying information, improving visual hierarchy)

About you:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Creative Media, Communication&Multimedia Design, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field

Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Illustrator

Comfortable working within brand guidelines and templates

Organized and self‑managed able to estimate time and meet deadlines independently

Clear communicator who asks questions early and handles feedback constructively
