This includes roles such as Welders, Assembly Workers, Mechanics, and Operators. Based in Bergeijk, we help candidates who are making the move to work in the Netherlands on a daily basis. Function As a Recruiter at W&F, you work at the core of the organization. You actively search for technically skilled workers from all over Europe and guide them through the entire application process. You screen CVs, conduct intake interviews (often in English), and create strong candidate profiles. When a candidate is ready to start, you coordinate with Housing and the Account Manager to ensure everything is arranged. You remain involved even after placement, serving as the point of contact for the candidate and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Job Requirements

You have at least MBO level 4 work and thinking level

You have an affinity for the technical sector and for people with an international background.

You speak Romanian and English

You are energetic, social, and easily switch between people and processes (after all, you are a real connector)

You know how to keep an overview and feel responsible for your work
