Function As a Recruiter at W&F, you work at the heart of the organization. You actively search for technical professionals from all over Europe and guide them through the entire application process. You screen CVs, conduct intake interviews (often in English) and create strong candidate profiles. When the candidate can start, you check with Housing and the Account Manager that everything is settled. Even after the placement you stay involved: you are the contact person for the candidate and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Job Requirements

You have at least mbo 4 working and thinking level

You have an affinity for the technical sector and people with an international background

You speak Romanian and English

You are energetic, sociable and easily switch between people and processes (in conclusion, you are a true connector)

You know how to keep an overview and feel responsible for your work
