Supervising warehouse staff and assigning tasks Ensuring accurate execution and meeting quality standards Participating in Lean initiatives on the shop floor Training employees and promoting team dynamics Identifying and reporting process improvements Consciously reducing environmental impactWhat You Need To Succeed At GXO

Experience in logistics and a strong understanding of logistics processes Previous leadership experience is an advantage Valid forklift and reach truck certificates are required Good command of both English and Dutch, with strong communication skills Proactive and result-oriented attitude What We Offer You
