The assignment focuses on the dynamic world of pensions, where changes and reforms require subject‑matter experts and developers to understand each other well enough to collaborate on innovative solutions. The goal is to offer guidelines to Info Support’s customers to manage language in their diverse workforces. The candidate will explore how to keep everyone speaking the same language without a “language police,” how to keep the organization’s language up to date, who has authority over it, and how to ensure code adheres to the business language. The core concept of ubiquitous language from Eric Evans’ Domain‑Driven Design will be used, with concrete strategies for maintaining and evolving this language across diverse contexts, incorporating linguistic, psychological, and software development frameworks.

Qualifications B2 language proficiency in Dutch is required.
