Business Development Specialist, Veenendaal

Business Development Specialist– AXA HOME Security Department (Veenendaal, Netherlands). Reports to Brand&Business Development Manager– AXA HOME Security. Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Research and analyze new verticals and geographic markets; identify and evaluate commercial opportunities in the Dutch building industry and other geographic markets; develop go‑to‑market strategies for new segments. Strategic Planning&Execution: Monitor and analyze market and industry trends; translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies; build and execute business development plans aligned with company growth objectives; collaborate with internal stakeholders for alignment. Customer&Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and prospects. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to support lead generation and conversion; coordinate with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and content; provide input to Product Management based on market feedback.Reporting&Analysis: Track KPIs and ROI of business development initiatives; prepare regular reports and business reviews. Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in business development (or related area), preferably in the door&window hardware or building materials industry. Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a strong plus.
