HR Advisor– Elekta

In this versatile role you are the point of contact for employees and managers and ensure our HR processes run smoothly. You work closely with your HR colleagues in an experienced and meticulous team. Responsibilities

Advise on daily HR matters Support absenteeism, performance, and casuistics Execute and monitor HR administration in Workday Draft contracts and process changes Coordinate recruitment activities for your locations Guide onboarding processes Contribute to process improvements and more efficient ways to workQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or comparable 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role In-depth knowledge of Dutch legislation Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday Strong communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken) Attention to detail and service orientationIndependence and proactiveness Benefits
