Key Responsibilities Oversee contract administration, financial tracking, progress management, project procurement, and commercial risk management within the Project Management department.Provide expertise in commercial and financial matters, including contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors. Focus on large-scale, complex projects, ensuring contract frameworks such as FIDIC and NEC (3 and 4) are effectively applied. Enhance contract risk awareness by embedding contractual responsibilities into project execution processes.Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring contractual risks are effectively translated into robust project processes. Work closely with the Project Manager, project team, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and financial performance. Oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and communication to deliver successful project outcomes.Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Project Controller, particularly in Engineered-to-Order and large, complex project execution. Strong knowledge of contract frameworks like FIDIC and NEC (3 and 4) or similar. Expertise in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.Ability to drive process improvements related to contractual liabilities. Skilled in tracking scope changes, analyzing their impact, and advising Project Managers. Experience in financial tracking, expenditure estimation, and change negotiation. Strong support for procurement processes, offering commercial and contractual insights.Proficiency in project planning, milestone tracking, and facilitating risk sessions. Seniority level
