We are looking for an engineer or technical

IT professional

IT/OT environments.

About the Role This position is suited for someone with a solid technical background in areas such as system integration, infrastructure, industrial automation, software delivery, or technical support within operational environments. You will work in environments where software, infrastructure, automation, and operations come together, with direct impact on live customer systems. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how technologies interact beyond a single application or platform and wants to

develop towards broader technical ownership . The role combines hands‑on technical work with increasing responsibility over integrated solutions used in business‑critical environments.

Responsibilities

Support and take increasing ownership of the technical solutions delivered to customer sites

Build a broader understanding across multiple technologies and integrations

Work closely with operational teams, software engineers, infrastructure specialists, and customers

Help resolve incidents, investigate root causes, and support change activities

Participate in testing, releases, validation, and technical improvements

Translate operational or customer issues into practical technical actions

Contribute to stable and reliable environments running 24/7 operations

Support documentation, risk monitoring, and continuous system optimization

Be involved in discussions around architecture decisions and technical improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor level education in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar

Required Skills

Around 4–8 years of experience in technical IT and/or OT environments

Experience in areas such as system integration, infrastructure, automation, testing, software delivery, or technical support

Comfortable working in environments where multiple technologies and operational processes interact

Able to understand both technical details and the bigger operational picture

Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to take ownership

Good communication skills and confidence working with customers and internal teams

Willingness to travel occasionally (around 10–20%)

Preferred Skills You do not need experience with everything below, but exposure to some of these areas is important:

PLC, SCADA, barcode scanners, or other operational technologies

Servers, databases, networking, virtualization, or cybersecurity basics

System integrations, messaging systems, interfaces, or middleware

WMS/WCS or other industrial software environments

Incident management, release activities, testing, or operational support

Logging, monitoring, or troubleshooting tools
