proactive Lead Specialist
who supports our sales team in getting the most out of every lead opportunity.
What will you do? As a
Lead Specialist
in the Sales department, you are the essential link between data, customer interaction, and the sales team. You make sure no opportunity is left untouched. Where leads were previously dropped or have gone cold, you reassess their potential. You analyze, prioritize, and ensure the right leads reach the right salespeople at the right time.
You work closely with our sales team, enabling them to fully focus on closing deals– with better-qualified and better-prepared leads. In addition, you help shape smart customer conversations through
Trengo , using AI to make contact with (potential) customers faster, more relevant, and more personal.
Your role at a glance:
Analyze and re-engage old or inactive leads
Select and enrich lead information for targeted follow-up by sales
Monitor lead progression and identify opportunities for reactivation
Contribute ideas on lead strategy and sales processes
Develop and optimize (AI-driven) customer conversations via Trengo
Collaborate daily with account managers and sales colleagues
