Role Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our client’s team in Veghel, Netherlands. This temporary role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, activations, and product launches for key brands within the Benelux region. The successful candidate will coordinate across teams, manage projects, and ensure brand activities are delivered effectively and on time.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and traditional channels.

Manage campaign timelines, coordinate with external agencies and internal teams, and oversee project details for smooth delivery.

Drive daily execution of brand activations, including in‑store displays, POS materials, promotions, and events.

Work closely with customer marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging at retail points and consumer touchpoints.

Localize regional content to align with brand guidelines and suit target audiences effectively.

Collaborate with sales, customer marketing, and other departments to support product launches, in‑store promotions, and consumer communications.

Monitor and control marketing budgets; manage purchase orders, invoices, and administrative tasks related to campaign execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in brand management and marketing execution, preferably within FMCG.

Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and activations.

Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English; French language skills are a plus.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Fiori, and Ariba is advantageous.
