Service Product Manager– Procured Equipment Effective April 1, 2026, Toyota Automated Logistics brings together Bastian Solutions, Vanderlande’s warehousing business, and viastore under one unified brand. During this transition phase, parts of our recruitment activities and communication may still be conducted via legacy company systems and email domains.

Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end service life cycle of procured equipment within TAL solutions
Represent Life‑Cycle Services (LCS) towards Sourcing, ensuring alignment with service strategy and requirements
Monitor service performance in the installed base and define improvement actions to strengthen service contribution margins
Act as the primary service contact for assigned procured products, including new introductions and service updates
Proactively manage End‑of‑Service (EoS) and End‑of‑Technical‑Support (EoTS) topics and define customer‑ready upgrade paths
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:€6500 to €7600 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
40 vacation days (20 statutory days and a flexible budget worth 20 days)
Flexible working hours
Hybrid workplace (40% working from home and 60% in the office)
A Health&Wellbeing budget worth€300 per calendar year
Commuting allowance, including full reimbursement of travel by public transport
Working from home allowance
