Treasury Manager, Veghel

As the Treasury&Reporting Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in safeguarding the global treasury operations by ensuring strong governance, effective controls, and high‑quality reporting. The Global Treasury Operations team manages significant daily cash flows and complex risk management activities worldwide, making accuracy, compliance, and transparency critical.In this role, you will focus on treasury governance and control on a global scale, combining compliance oversight with advanced reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across regions and senior management, leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency, insight, and control across treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities Own and manage global cash reporting processes, including daily cash reporting, cash forecasting, and idle cash analysis, ensuring accurate analysis and timely follow-up with stakeholders. Lead the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance framework for Global Treasury, including user access reviews, preparation of PCI scorecards, and coordination of Self‑Attestation Questionnaires and required sign-offs.Coordinate and support the internal control self‑testing process for Global Treasury, ensuring compliance with governance standards and timely completion. Review and validate manual payment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls. Act as a key support resource for the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), including issue resolution, enhancements, flow updates, and optimization of dashboards and visuals.Support intercompany loan administration by ensuring complete and accurate documentation and contributing to the global period-end closing process. Contribute to treasury-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on innovation and digitalization.

Requirements Bachelor’s or academic degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably within treasury or a complex international environment. Solid knowledge of treasury and accounting principles. Hands-on experience with the Power Platform,including building or maintaining Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.Strong command of English, both written and verbal; Dutch is not required. Proactive, reliable, and independent professional with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.Experience with PCI Compliance and knowledge of SAP are considered strong advantages.
