Service Sales Engineer (RMR)
As a Sales Engineer RMR within the Warehousing Commercial team, you ensure customers’ systems remain efficient and adaptable. Working closely with Service Account Managers, project teams, and customers, you translate automation needs into well‑designed, value‑adding solutions. Responsibilities
Analyse customer RMR automation requests and define system concepts together with internal stakeholders. Lead system design development from initial concept through to final quotation. Evaluate technical solution options with focus on cost, performance, risk and maintainability. Coordinate bid activities, layouts, pricing input and technical documentation.Support customer presentations and ensure smooth handover to the Service Project Manager. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales engineering, preferably in brownfield projects. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. Clear communication skills in English and strong customer focus.Willingness to travel internationally up to 5% of the time. Monthly salary range€4,300 to €4,900 gross, with potential for additional growth. 40 vacation days (20 statutory + 20 flexible days). Health&Wellbeing budget€300 per year. Travel allowance or full public transport reimbursement. Flexible working hours and hybrid working (up to 60% in office). Collective pension scheme.
