Department: APS IT Solutions Deployment Group– active worldwide delivering High Level Control software solutions for airports and parcel projects within Vanderlande. Responsibilities

Lead software development projects for Baggage Handling and Parcel Systems, part of multidisciplinary projects (mechanical, electromechanical, SCADA, Low Level Control, IT, High Level Control). Manage a team of project engineers on a daily basis and align with software product teams working with an agile (scrum) methodology.Handle stakeholder management, planning, tracking, change management, progress reporting and budget reporting. Act as an intermediary to bring stakeholders from relevant disciplines together. Qualifications

Project management experience with a focus on results. Broad experience in multidisciplinary environments. Experience with stakeholder management. Good communication and leadership skills; team player able to mediate between project and product teams. Agile mindset and experience working in a scrum team (advantage).Pragmatic, hands‑on attitude and process‑driven approach. Good command of English. Benefits
