We are looking for 3 Employee customer service - we have 1 FTE and 2 part time positions available. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers. Tasks include processing the daily order flow through order entry, managing incoming goods inventory, invoicing, reporting to customers, guiding and handling complaints and irregularities, coordinating national and international shipments, complying with agreed procedures, and monitoring compliance on behalf of client(s). You will take into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batch/lot numbers, and quantities.In the process you are directly in contact with customers as well as with internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality. Candidate Requirements– Full‑time

Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience. Good level of English; Dutch preferable but not mandatory. Customer focused and service‑mindful with outstanding communication skills. Adaptable and able to work under pressure. Good people manager capable of pushing back to customers/transporters.Capable of working in a team. Good practice in MS Office. Experience with WMS/ERP systems preferable. Candidate Requirements– Part‑time

Minimum MBO+ level of education. Experience in a role in Customer Service and/or logistics. Good level of English, professional working proficiency in Dutch. Accurate worker who works well individually. Good practice in MS Office. Experience with WMS/ERP systems preferable. Salary&Working Hours

A start salary between€3,034 and €3,840 gross monthly based on 40 hours. During start‑up, we expect the candidate to work fully from the office. 8% holiday pay and 25 days of leave. A good pension. Benefits
