Based in Veghel, the role leads the transition of automated logistics systems into live operations, working closely with customers worldwide. Role Overview

This hands‑on, highly visible position guides customers through change, takes ownership of readiness, and ensures smooth handover to service teams for long‑term operational success. Responsibilities

Lead the transition from project delivery to stable, high‑performing operations. Guide customers through change, building trust, clarity, and confidence. Identify risks, align stakeholders, and drive decisions. Bring teams together and turn complexity into clear action. Act as the main point of contact during critical phases, including escalations.Ensure smooth handover to service and long‑term operational success. Qualifications

Experience in operations, service, or logistics with knowledge of ground processes. Comfortable leading without formal authority and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Hands‑on approach, preferring on‑site work. Strong sense of ownership, active listening, and trust building. Confidence in taking the lead while remaining approachable.Fluent in English; willing to travel internationally (40–50%). Benefits and Compensation

Monthly salary range:€5,600 – €6,500 gross per month, with opportunities for growth when performance expectations are exceeded. 40 vacation days (20 statutory days and flexibility to purchase 20 additional days).
