Manpower is looking for a Service Technician for a company in Veghel. In this role you keep a fully automated warehouse environment operational together with your shift colleague. You handle both preventive maintenance and complex breakdowns, with a strong focus on root cause analysis instead of quick temporary fixes. Your main tasks are:

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse and conveyor systems

Solving breakdowns with roughly seventy five percent mechanical and basic electrical work including PLC based environments

Troubleshooting non standard and recurring faults using structured root cause analysis

Diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, control and peripheral equipment

Interpreting signals from sensors, drives, motors and safety circuits

Stabilizing third party equipment such as packaging machines and printers when suppliers are not directly available

Working closely with remote support teams when deeper software intervention is required

Cooperating with your on site shift colleague and other stakeholders

Logging failures, actions and maintenance work in internal systems and reports

Spotting recurring issues and suggesting practical improvements

Minimum mbo level education in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering

Proven experience in a maintenance or service role in an industrial or automated environment

Comfortable working in a highly automated and PLC controlled setting

Able to troubleshoot across mechanical and electrical domains

Available for two shift work

Basic computer skills for reporting and administration such as Office and Excel

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for technical continuity on site

Analytical mindset with structured fault finding approach

Proactive and curious attitude when diagnosing failures

Calm and structured under production pressure

Team oriented communication in an international work environment
