Sales Engineer - Parcel Overview
Work with our sales team to develop and deliver tailored parcel-handling solutions, integrating cutting-edge technology with competitive pricing and strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales managers to craft and execute sales tactics. Address and resolve commercial or tactical challenges in partnership with the sales manager. Oversee all sales engineering deliverables from bid to handover and ensure on-time delivery. Provide technical expertise to develop innovative conceptual designs.Drive initiatives that align with overall sales strategy and company objectives. Manage multiple projects across sales phases, maintaining momentum and seamless progression. Lead an internal support team (procurement, planning, concept design, controls) toward a unified vision. Listen to customer needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.Ensure every procedural step follows our sales process checklists to prevent gaps. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or logistics engineering. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving logistics challenges. Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (German or other) is a bonus. Benefits
Competitive salary (€4,300 - €5,900 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance). Vacation: 40 days (20 statutory + 20 flexible days). Flexible working hours. Hybrid workplace: 40% remote, 60% office.
