Financial Data Assets Lead, Veghel

Location : role can be performed in the USA or in Europe.

Design, build, manage, and curate multiple data assets (models) that support Mars Inc.

Design, build, manage, and curate financial elements of the Data Mesh that allows connectivity between data assets in order to drive insights that impact decisions making

Collaboratively across the Mars organization to understand data needs and provide perspective on potential solutions that enable the business to assess performance and drive value creation

Coordinate usage of non-finance data assets, owned by cross functional partners, by Finance Teams

Support the design and maintain P&L Memo accounts such as Corporate MAC or Price, Volume, Mix and Rate calculations

Participate in the development of the Data Lake governance structure

Develop, build, manage and curate alternative hierarchies that enable Finance to cross functionally business partner

Partner with Digital Technologies in supporting the integration of Finance Data assets into various digital tools

Partner with Digital Technologies to finance data assets are compliant with company standards

Partner with Master Data to ensure alignment of data assets with Record of Reference tools

Manage team of six associates
