We might be looking for you!Introduction

Are you challenged by managing projects delivering computer hardware for new and existing computer systems that are embedded in the ASML products? Are you motivated by managing multiple projects and teams that deliver a matching replacement for COTS parts or the specifications for the next generation control system and internal network for the ASML product? Do you have at least 2 years of experience as a project leader in this area? We want to speak with you!* Computers, computer racks/cabinets, processor boards, storage solutions, thin clients, network switches, and input devices such as keyboard, mouse, and touchscreens. Job Responsibilities

Set up and maintain work breakdown structures and planning, including staffing and budgeting. Define deliverables of engineers, including coaching and mentoring. Execute the project plan, report progress, and align proactively with stakeholders. Drive timely delivery of technical solutions. Ensure the quality of deliverables.Manage outsourcing of development activities. Manage deliveries from suppliers. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, prioritize issues, and implement recovery actions. Identify and implement team improvement opportunities. Set up project organization and support HR activities like appraisals and recruitment.Manage multiple smaller projects with a total team size of 15-20 people. Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Experience

Minimum 2 years as a project leader in an industrial and technical environment. At least 7 years of relevant experience in embedded computer systems. Knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and storage. Experience in electronic/electrical design and interfacing with software teams. Personal Skills

The Electronic Development cluster handles electronic functions and modules, including the computer system architecture.
