As Line Manager Data Governance, you are responsible for driving Data Quality of Product-related data within ASML. You will actively manage Data Governance Leads, who lead operational Data Governance Board(s) and participate in business improvement projects initiated by Business Process Owners to embed Data Governance within these projects.Additionally, you will lead and manage a tactical Data Governance Board, a multidisciplinary team across different business processes and IT. This board enables and supports Business Process Owners in achieving their Data Quality targets. ASML strives to become‘best-in-class’ in Operational Excellence. Data governance is a key enabler for this. Business Process Owners at ASML own the data and are responsible for achieving timely, consistent, accurate, and complete data during creation.Job Description

You will lead the team that drives Data Quality of Product-related data through Data Governance Board(s). Measure and report data quality, and define data improvement initiatives. Prepare and drive implementation/improvement plans with relevant stakeholders. You will lead the team managing the Data Framework of Product-related data in the ASML Data Governance Center:Maintain accurate&complete data definition models (including standards&ownerships). Optimize data processes with Business and IT. Embed roles and responsibilities within the organization. You will review and analyze the impact of business process change requests on the Data Framework. You will audit Business Process Owners for adherence to the Data Framework and data creation&maintenance processes. You will actively participate in developing our future way of working with your team in Data Management improvement initiatives. You will interface with cross-sector stakeholders to align expectations on Data Quality and maximize business value.
