You will contribute to supporting and stimulating formal and informal learning and global community building (PM Community). Thereby, you will support our Project Management specialists with their professional and personal development.Job Description Sustaining the Project Management (PM) Training Curriculum and being responsible for the continuous development of Project Management competencies embedded into the PM Learning Journey. Actively seeking feedback on the quality of the PM competence development program and driving improvement initiatives (operational, marketing, and content related).Encouraging the improvement of the examination and certification process. Supporting the development of new modular content (Agile, Lean, and other relevant ASML content). Contributing to other initiatives in the scope of the Community&Learning Team: knowledge-sharing events such as PMO Academy, PM News, PM Summer School, and PM Day. Contributing to the broader PMO Means&Methods team.
