Job Mission In this role, you will be contributing to setting up and implementing a solid framework to facilitate Privacy Compliance with regards to Employees Data.Job Responsibilities Act as a Business Partner regarding the ASML departments, countries®ions involved in processing Employees data. Support ASML stakeholders in processing Employees data and disseminating privacy controls within business applications, working closely with the Privacy Business Partner for IT and Security. Develop Privacy controls such as policies, procedures, guidelines, toolkits, and Privacy by Design principles, and support embedding these controls into ASML business processes.Identify Privacy risks related to Employees data, advise relevant departments on risk treatment, and support the implementation of countermeasures or Privacy Action Plans. Handle and support Data Privacy Impact Assessments and general privacy inquiries related to Employees data processing initiatives.Own the development and updating of ASML content, processes, and practices related to Employees Data (e.g., websites, mobile apps, external communications, marketing, digital capabilities). Support ASML regions (Asia, US, EU) in their Privacy Compliance journey concerning Employees data. Coordinate Privacy Champions in the US and serve as the main contact point within the Central Privacy Office for US privacy matters.Assist in handling DSARs related to Employees data, supporting the responsible Privacy Analyst. Assist in managing Personal Data Breaches involving Employees data, supporting the responsible Privacy Analyst. Participate in ASML Privacy Projects, create awareness, and monitor maturity levels.
