Within ASML's PMO, we are the recognized experts driving World-Class Project Management to support product development. PMO is the competence owner of advanced project methodologies. As PMO Program Officer&PMO Team Manager, you will lead program and project management within the Business Line and oversee the development of the PMO department. Alongside the Program Manager, you will drive the product development process, providing insights into resource balancing, execution progress, risks, and the effects of portfolio re-prioritization for the Applications product portfolio (2000 FTEs).Job Description

The PMO department is part of the Finance organization. The PMO Program Manager acts as an independent team member responsible for developing our cutting-edge lithography machines and installed base services. Your responsibilities include: Leading a team of 2 FTE directly and approximately 9 FTE indirectlyProviding insights into development progress and resource balancing Proactively advising Business Line Management Building and maintaining relationships with senior (program and project) executives, acting as a trusted advisor on Program and Project Management Developing and executing the multi-year PMO strategy, actively driving the PMO mission and vision as a member of the PMO Management Team (~100 FTEs)Managing and implementing improvement projects derived from the PMO strategy Developing a strong PMO team Context of the position
