Job MissionAs a group manager, you lead and manage a team of software professionals. You act as a solution provider by driving the development of new features and functions. You align with program management on the scope and staffing of your activities. You also promote and facilitate the personal development of your team members.Job Responsibilities Lead the group (typically 25+ members); hire, coach, set targets, evaluate priorities, solve problems, monitor budgets, and ensure a strong customer focus to support business expansion. Manage interactions and stakeholder relationships with research, multidisciplinary D&E groups, Holistic Applications, Customer Support, and customers. Ensure the group balances short-term and long-term solutions. Contribute to departmental policies and planning, including personnel, budgets, investments, resources, and methods. Co-own the development and maintenance of the software technology roadmap.Ensure the adoption of best practices, standards, and tools. Facilitate effective feedback cycles and manage relations with other competence owners within and outside ASML. Collaborate with department and project managers to plan and allocate group members to various projects.
