As Manager Risk and Assurance, your responsibilities include: Enhancing ASML's risk management capabilities Engaging with senior leaders to define and implement risk responses within risk appetite Managing risk assessments from preparation to follow-up Providing expertise in aligning risks with business strategy across ASMLBuilding the company's risk intelligence and benchmarking database This role involves international travel up to 20% of the time. Context of the position

The Corporate Risk and Assurance team comprises 25 professionals located in Veldhoven (HQ), US, and Asia. The team operates globally, servicing all ASML entities. The Director Risk and Assurance reports to the Chief Audit Executive, who reports to the Audit Committee, Corporate Risk Committee, and CFO. This team coordinates ASML’s risk management activities, provides independent assurance, and offers consulting to improve risk management, control, and governance processes across the company.
