If so, then this might be the right job opportunity for you!Job Mission As Data Governance Lead, you are responsible for driving Data Quality of specific functional areas or business processes within ASML. You will lead and manage a Data Governance Board, a multidisciplinary team across different business processes and IT. This board enables and supports Business Process Owners to achieve their Data Quality targets. Additionally, you will actively participate in business improvement projects initiated by Business Process Owners to ensure Data Governance is embedded within these projects.ASML strives to become best-in-class in Operational Excellence. Business Process Owners at ASML own the data and aim to achieve timely, consistent, accurate, and complete data during creation and maintenance. Job Description You will define and maintain the Supply Chain data framework, including accurate&complete data definition models (standards&ownerships). Optimize data processes with Business and IT. Embed roles and responsibilities in the organization. Define data metrics and reporting dashboards. Review and analyze the impact of business process change requests on the Data framework. Audit Business Process Owners on adherence to Data framework and data creation&maintenance processes. Measure and report data quality, and define data improvement initiatives. Prepare and drive implementation/improvement plans with relevant stakeholders. Gather Business requirements and translate them towards IT. Education Master's degree in Industrial, Logistics, Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.Experience 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in similar roles within complex international environments. Experience with supply chain management, configuration management, and manufacturing processes, focusing on planning (e.g., MRP, S&OP). Experience with change management in high-skilled organizations. Experience in Consulting and/or High Tech industry, or low-volume industries. Experience in (master) data management and/or SAP applications. Personal Skills Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across hierarchical levels.Conceptual thinker at strategic and tactical levels, able to translate data analysis into improvement initiatives. Pragmatic and result-driven. Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. Pro-active attitude, driven by improvement. Context of the position Reports to the Senior Manager MRP&Master Data Management. The Supply Chain Management sector is industry-leading, responsible for ensuring material availability to ASML's factories and customers. Given that 90% of all components come from external specialized manufacturers, our supply chain activities are critical. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders from departments such as Supply Chain Management, Finance, Procurement, Development&Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and worldwide ASML factories.
