You will work in a multi-sector team on realizing full Customer Configuration compliance in the design, manufacturing, and service phases of our products.

Job Mission Make a direct contribution to realizing Customer Configuration compliant products for ASML’s key customers by controlling the customer configuration and improving internal processes to manage increasing configuration complexity.

Job Description You will report to the Project Managers of the Configuration and Change Control team. Your daily work will involve interfacing with Customer Configuration teams from Manufacturing, Service, and Account Support, as well as PDMs, Project Leads, and designers in product development. Externally, you will coordinate with technical and configuration experts from customers.You will discuss proposed changes, assess their impact, prepare discussion materials, and manage high-level change introductions to customers. Collaborating with Manufacturing, you will develop methods to ensure factory tools comply with Customer Configuration in hardware and software. You will also work with Service to ensure tools in the field remain compliant, considering service and upgrade actions.You will monitor the Customer Configuration process, propose improvements based on issues during production and service, and coordinate with internal teams for future platform configurations.
