ASML is looking for a Senior Parts Quality Engineer who always goes to the bottom to find out the root causes of part failures.Job Mission:

Find out in detail what the root cause is of a part that failed at our customer’s site. Initiate&drive improvement proposals to prevent part failures. Job Responsibilities:

Find out the root cause of a failed part and ensure follow-up of improvements. Ensure problem descriptions, containment actions, and root cause analyses are provided and actively monitored. Initiate and drive process improvements to reduce and/or prevent DoA’s, optimize part usage, and improve failure investigation efficiency.Align with project leaders on parts needing improvements and ensure high-quality analysis and actions. Collaborate with Development Projects (Project leaders, Architects, Design Engineers) to prevent DoA and part failures in new systems. Interact with management and engineers from Customer Support, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing.Position Context:

Within the Development and Engineering (D&E) sector, the D&E Spare Parts Management group aims to increase product and process robustness. By driving solutions related to Reliability, Availability, Manufacturability, and Serviceability (RAMS), the group consolidates key competencies to implement structural parts improvements throughout and after ASML’s product development programs.
