Job Description Assist the Information Officer (Head of Portfolio Office) and Business Partners proactively. Support (sub) portfolio management activities. Serve as contact point for lead project officers for the sub portfolios. Provide accurate portfolio dashboard reporting&metrics (status on the triple constraint, technical and operational content). Structure regular review meetings. Prepare communications and escalations regarding issues/risks and mitigation actions to relevant stakeholders. Guide financial forecasting (budget) processes and assist in financial management.Ensure documentation of all relevant Portfolio management documents, decisions, and changes. Drive the roll-out and embedding of (sub) portfolio standards and processes related to planning, stage gate reviews, reporting, metrics, change control, and quality. Participate in cross-department initiatives to improve portfolio management efficiency and effectiveness.
