Job Description: Now is the time to jump aboard our HR&O People Development team! Within our fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment, HR&O is making a shift in how it operates to meet business demands more effectively. This involves setting clear global HR priorities and principles while decentralizing authority closer to the sector and local business levels. The Sector HR Expertise Lead position offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of this change, acting as the link between global HR expertise and sector (business) HR.

Job Mission:

As a Sector People Development (PD) Expertise Lead, you will play a key role in enabling our employees, line managers, and the organization to realize their full potential.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for translating sector needs regarding employee&organizational development to Global People Development, facilitating continuous improvement in products and services, and enabling the deployment of global programs. You will drive the utilization of global expertise processes within your sector, ensuring benefits are realized. This includes securing sector consolidations for succession and potential reviews, enabling high-quality performance management, and matching sector-specific development needs with learning offerings. You will leverage your PD expertise as a senior adviser within the Sector HR Management Teams, aligning with other sector PD leads and Global PD Expertise. Additionally, you will manage the Sector-specific Learning&Development teams.

Education:

Master's Degree in HRM or organizational/business studies.

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in HR, with proven partnership and expertise within the PD domain.

Personal Skills:

Strong organizational sensitivity, business acumen, stakeholder mobilization, conflict management, knowledge of Sector HR processes, flexibility, leadership, and passion for PD.

Position Context:

Initially reporting to HR Sector Vice Presidents and the interim Head of People Development, the position will later report directly to the Global Head of People Development. The office is located in Veldhoven, with other locations open for discussion.
