As a technical specialist in the EUV wafer clamping group, you are our self-propelling technical motor who contributes to a fundamental understanding of our clamping function. You will generate solutions to complex technical issues and influence new wafer clamping designs and concepts. The wafer clamping group develops and delivers qualified electrostatic clamps essential for high-precision lithography.Job Mission Your role as a technical specialist is to be the driving force in understanding and improving our clamping technology, solving technical challenges, and guiding new designs. Job Description As an applied physics developer for electrostatic wafer clamping, you will: Collaborate with a team of 10-15 professionals in Physics and Electronics.Plan the future roadmap for EUV clamping functionality. Utilize advanced technology for investigations. Innovate solutions and generate intellectual property. Build test equipment and methodologies for new product development. Deepen fundamental knowledge of wafer clamping behavior. Expand your network of multidisciplinary knowledge.Apply physics and engineering theories to develop solutions for current issues and new designs.
