Assembler, System Build Source, Veldhoven

The department System Build is responsible for the (Modular) Assembly and Commissioning (Power-up and Initialization) of EUV machines, before handing these off to our internal customer System Qualification (SQ). We are looking for seasoned / junior engineers with growth potential, committed to modular assembly of EUV machines in a timely manner, meeting high quality standards, and continuously seeking process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities The Assembler is responsible for meeting delivery time and quality in (Modular) System Build, solving and documenting technical problems that may arise, and looking for ways to optimize the manufacturing process in collaboration with stakeholders within ASML, such as Production Engineering.

Education and Experience

Minimum level MBO-4 (Secondary Vocational Education– Associate's Degree / UK BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Physics, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering.

0-4 years of experience; hands‑on experience in a high‑tech production facility is preferred.

Other Information

Work in shifts: 06:30–15:30 and 15:00–00:00.

Once a month you will work on a weekend.

Indicative fixed annual salary range:€52,500 to €59,000 (includes vacation allowance and a 13th month). Additional benefits such as profit sharing, shift allowance may apply.

Controlled Technology Access Requirement This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.§ 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology before starting work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible.
