ASML | Operational Planner, Veldhoven

As part of ASML, this role puts you at the heart of ensuring material availability for our valued end customers. You will contribute to the efficient management of materials within the Global Network Operations (GNO) team, working under the Customer Supply Chain Management department. This hands‑on position empowers you to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, logistics partners, and suppliers in a cutting‑edge, data‑rich environment that challenges and inspires.

Role And Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting operational targets for KPIs like Fillrate and Restricted stock within the GNO team.

Perform follow‑ups on both forward and reverse logistics activities, ensuring smooth material handling.

Collaborate with escalation channels to identify, manage, and resolve critical material issues effectively.

Compile and maintain essential reports to support operational strategies and timely escalations.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics flow concerns by working closely with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs).

Coordinate actions with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.

Drive continuous optimization of processes and contribute to operational enhancements (approx. 10% of the role).

Balance your work week between 3 days at ASML Veldhoven/Eindhoven offices and 2 days remote.

Functie-eisen Education And Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Up to 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as supply chain, operations, engineering, procurement, or consultancy within multinational companies.

Solid understanding of supply chain processes, particularly with a focus on planning.

Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced knowledge of Excel.
