About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Technical Advisor– Installations

to support infrastructure projects related to

locks and weirs (sluices and hydraulic structures) .

In this role, you will act as a key technical expert, ensuring that installation systems are designed, maintained, and executed to the highest standards. You will play a critical role in supporting operational reliability, safety, and long-term asset performance.

What You'll Do You will:

Provide

technical advisory

on installation systems within locks and weirs

Support the

design, maintenance, and optimization

of technical installations

Review and validate

technical documentation, specifications, and drawings

Collaborate with

engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Identify risks and propose

practical, cost-effective solutions

Contribute to

project planning, execution, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Minimum

6 years of relevant experience

in technical installations or infrastructure projects

Completed

HBO-level (or equivalent) qualification

in a technical or engineering field

Strong knowledge of

mechanical and/or electrical installations

Experience working with

complex infrastructure environments

(e.g., waterworks, industrial sites, or civil structures)

Ability to

interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent

communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both

independently and in teams
