For the 18th century country estate Beeckestijn, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who will hospitably welcome visitors to the Museum House. What are we looking for? Buitenplaats Beeckestijn is looking for enthusiastic (core) volunteers with good social and communication skills. No specific prior knowledge is required. Interest in architecture and/or the history of the region is desirable.Hendrick de Keyser Monumenten offers its volunteers a special workplace at Buitenplaats Beeckestijn where you work together with enthusiastic fellow volunteers. You will receive a personal access pass that gives you access to all museum houses of the Association. You can also participate in an interesting lecture program.What are we asking? As a volunteer at Beeckestijn you receive visitors with a hospitable welcome, scan the tickets, hand out a brochure about Beeckestijn and (if desired) give a short introduction about the house and serve a cup of tea/coffee in the cozy kitchen of Beeckestijn. As a core volunteer you are available for approximately two half-days per week and as a volunteer you are available for approximately three half-days per month.
