What to expect during your internship As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you will work alongside a team that ensures accurate and efficient financial operations within an international environment. You will support customer communication, assist in resolving payment‑related inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth and reliable processes. This internship offers hands‑on experience in financial operations while strengthening your analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. It provides a strong foundation for developing your expertise in finance and contributing to meaningful work from the start.

Your Responsibilities

Manage outbound customer calls with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and service quality

Provide customers with timely and reliable solutions

Learn to work with professional finance and ERP systems used in international organizations

Support daily Credit&Collections activities

Collaborate with Customer Service ("Aftersales") teams to resolve customer disputes efficiently

Work closely with the Cash Application team to help identify and allocate unmatched payments

Your Profile

You are a 3rd‑year Bachelor student in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

You have a strong interest in Finance and are motivated to deepen your knowledge

You are proactive, assertive, and communicate clearly

You are service‑oriented and enjoy working collaboratively

You have excellent spoken and written Dutch and English skills; French is an advantage

Ideally, you have initial experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP

You are available full‑time from September 2026 for a period of 5–6 months
