– office near Venlo About the role: You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor across all areas of HR – from daily operations to strategic planning and change management. You’ll also contribute to international HR projects that support the business’s growthand transformation goals.What you’ll be doing: Advising managers on all HR-related topics – from org design to employee development Supporting the annual HR cycle – strategic workforce planning, performance, merit reviews Playing a key role in international HR projects and process improvement Providing expert advice on employment law, works council topics, and HR policyCollaborating across countries and departments to ensure consistent, people-first practices Acting as a coach, mediator, and partner to leaders and employees alike What we’re looking for: Strong HR BP experience in an

international, fast-paced environment Completed

HBO education

in HRM, Business Admin, or a related field In-depth knowledge of

Dutch employment law

and HR regulations Comfortable driving change and navigating complex stakeholder environments Energetic, pragmatic, and able to quickly build trust at all levels Fluent in

Dutch and English

– working knowledge of

German
