About the role
As
(Interim) Secretary for the CFO
at vidaXL, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the optimal functioning of the CFO function. You will be the backbone of the CFO's office, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.We offer Personal growth Challenging workplace International environment You will Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, directing inquiries appropriately. Prepare and review documents, ensuring accuracy on behalf of the CFO.Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Assist with expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking in compliance with company policies. We ask Ability to commit to a minimum 4‑month contract and maintain an availability of at least 24 hours per week in our Venlo office.Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or financial professionals. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information. Proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
