As a Business Controller, you are part of the operational management team and act as a sparring partner for the business. You translate strategic objectives into financial insights and support decision-making. Prepare and analyze financial results, forecasts, and budgets Advise management based on financial analyses and KPIsIdentify risks and improvement opportunities Support business cases and investment proposals Contribute to audits, compliance, and process improvements You are part of the Finance team and report to the Business Control Manager. We are looking for an analytical and proactive Business Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make an impact. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar Experience in controlling and/or business partnering Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial processesStrong analytical and communication skills Fluent in English, Dutch is nice to have Experience with SAP is a plus WHAT’S NEXT
