Warehouse Team Leader, Venlo

Overview

Job title: Warehouse Team Leader– Venlo, Netherlands. Time Type: Full Time. You will manage an international team in a largely automated warehouse environment, combining people management with logistical insight to ensure processes, performance and teamwork align with operational goals. You are the connecting link between the warehouse supervisor and the operation, with a broad view of activities to identify bottlenecks, anticipate peak moments, safeguard workflow and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.Responsibilities

Coordinate and allocate daily activities within inbound and/or outbound operations. Lead, motivate and coach your team. Identify and resolve operational disruptions. Monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times. Act as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.Qualifications

Experience leading teams within a logistics or warehouse environment (3PL experience is a plus). Knowledge of logistics processes and affinity with automated systems. Strong English communication skills and a coaching leadership style. Proactive mindset and the ability to switch quickly. Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.What we offer
