What You’ll Do Strategic&Financial Management: Support management with accurate and timely information for strategic, investment, and operating decisions. Coordinate quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, and departmental expense budgets, ensuring necessary controls and procedures are in place. Conduct financial performance analysis by reviewing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow trends versus forecasts, budgets, and historical periods to understand business performance drivers. Complete special projects as assigned. Success in this role means delivering reliable financial insights that drive informed decision‑making.
Operational&Process Improvement: Play a key role in testing and implementing the new forecasting system for Q4 forecast and 2026 Budget. Ensure the system meets the needs of the Venlo business unit by collaborating with stakeholders to prepare required inputs. Continuously improve forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Daily activities include system testing, stakeholder engagement, and process refinement.
Indirect Costs Forecasting: Prepare forecasts and budgets for indirect costs, including headcount forecasting and payroll calculations. Engage with stakeholders to determine cost requirements and capital expenditure needs. Success is measured by accurate and timely indirect cost forecasts that support business planning.
Reporting: Take ownership of monthly analytical reviews comparing actual results versus forecasts. Prepare functional and headcount reporting, draft end‑of‑month reporting packs, and PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate forecast packs and load forecast reporting into OneStream. Daily tasks involve data analysis, report preparation, and communication with business units.

What You’ll Bring Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or CIMA preferred
Minimum of five years progressive financial accounting and FP&A experience, in manufacturing industry
Proficiency in Excel and experience manipulating large data sets; strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and group reporting tools such as OneStream
Nice-to-haves:
Master’s degree in finance or related discipline
Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CIMA
Experience in process improvement and system implementation projects Familiarity with mining technology or industrial manufacturing environments
