Your Role As an Expert Talent Coordinator you will work within the CHILL Talent Office to strengthen the talent pipeline in the North‑Limburg region, focusing on Brightlands Campus Greenport Venlo. You will attract, support and develop students and young professionals, connecting them with companies and projects on and around the campus, while building a strong and visible talent community and positioning CHILL as a public‑private partner for talent development and practice‑based research.

What will you do?

Recruit, support, and develop students and young professionals.

Connect talent with companies and projects on and around the campus.

Maintain and expand relationships with educational institutions and businesses.

Support and organise campus activities and talent development programmes.

Contribute to strengthening and engaging the talent community on campus.

Collaborate with the campus organisation, CHILL and partners to embed talent development sustainably.

What do you bring?

Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent development.

Strong networking skills and enthusiasm for community building.

Affinity with students, education and talent development.

Affinity with the agri‑food sector.

Independent, connecting, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined.

A gross monthly salary between€3,948 and €4,630 based on full‑time employment (38 hours), depending on experience.

An end‑of‑year bonus (8.3%).
