You’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and work cross‑functionally with teams such as logistics, distribution, production, sourcing, legal, and finance, external brokers, governments, and consultants.
You will:
Oversee global trade compliance, including audits, risk, and AEO‑assessments, regulatory inquiries, and corrective action planning.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of global trade laws, labeling regulations, and packaging requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Project management, Shipping, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Legal) to develop and implement new customs requirements.
We Offer:
25 vacation days, increasing with time of service, with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days;
Non‑contributory pension plan, fully paid by the company;
€0,23 / km net travel allowance and a net remote work allowance of €2,45 per day;
A hybrid work model, with full support for your home office setup, combining remote work and three days per week in the office.
Work from location Utrecht or Venlo;

You have:
5–10 years’ experience in Global Customs matters;
Excellent communication and management skills;
Ability to identify compliance gaps and recommend/implement process improvements for the global supply chain;
Problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
